Pebble & Path is committed to walking alongside early-career social workers with high-quality, accessible clinical supervision.

Individual ($75/hour*)

In individual clinical supervision for LCSWAs working in broad mental health settings, Eileen supports you with:

  • Thinking through complex cases together

  • Adapting clinical approaches to fit the person in front of you

  • Strengthening ethical decision-making and clinical confidence

  • Attending to your development as a thoughtful, grounded clinician

  • Helping you prepare for the ASWB clinical exam

*Pebble & Path offers a mission rate ($55/hour) to clinicians who are paying for supervision out of pocket, work in nonprofit settings, and focus on (or serve a significant number of) people with intellectual & developmental disabilities.

Individual supervision can take place in person in Durham or online.

Group ($25/hour)

Eileen facilitates a monthly online clinical supervision group. Groups are structured to support:

  • Case consultation and shared problem-solving

  • Share strategies and clinical approaches

  • Ethical considerations and systems-level challenges

  • Peer learning and professional support

Participants benefit from diverse perspectives while building skills that translate directly into practice.

Groups are limited in size to maintain a focused and supportive environment. Depending on interest, Eileen may offer a clinical supervision group focused on the intersection of intellectual/developmental disability and mental health.
